Return/Exchange Information

If the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, buyers needs to receive a return authorization from Viilante USA within 3 days of receiving the parts/unit.

Return authorization will be provided if certain conditions are met:

Unit/Parts cannot be installed or have any signs of wear.
Package and unit/parts need to be in premium condition.

Please take into consideration:

Return freight will be on shippers own expense.
All return products are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you received a damage/defective unit...

Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return.
